Spencer Stephens has been in the construction industry since 2003 and founded Spencer Stephens Construction in 2009 on a straightforward premise: homeowners deserve a builder who communicates clearly, plans thoroughly, and takes genuine pride in the finished product.
As we grew, Spencer Stephens Construction evolved into SSC Homes — a name that better reflects the team that now supports every project while continuing the same commitment to craftsmanship and client relationships.
Since 2009, Spencer has overseen the design and construction of more than 100 homes throughout Northern Utah, with much of our work coming through referrals — a reflection of the trust homeowners place in the homes we build.
