SSC Homes specializes in semi-custom and fully custom homes designed around each homeowner’s lifestyle and property. Most homes we build range from approximately 2,500 to 6,000+ square feet, depending on the lot, design, and level of finishes. Every home is unique, and we work closely with clients during the planning phase to ensure the design, scope, and investment align with their goals.

A typical semi-custom home takes approximately 8–12 months once construction begins. Fully custom homes may take 12–18 months, depending on the complexity of the design and site conditions. The design and permitting phase before construction typically takes an additional 2–3 months.

Yes. Many of our clients already own their lot before starting the building process. We’re happy to review the property, discuss site considerations, and help determine how the home design can best fit the lot.
